What does this add-on do?
This add-on will help you keep track of any additional income that you earned but that wasn’t invoiced. This could be for example, cash jobs, or income from product sales.
How do I activate the add-on?
Activate the add-on like you would any other WordPress plugin. Go to Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> Invoice Rocket Other Income and hit Activate.
Once the add-on has been activated you will see a new menu in the front-end called Other Income.
How do I use this add-on?
While this add-on needs to be used on the WordPress front-end, if you want to use categories you will need to set up your categories in the back-end.
To create Other Income categories, go to WP Admin -> Other Income -> Income Category.
To create a new Other Income entry on the front-end, simply click the Create button and choose Other Income. Then fill in as much detail as you can in the form.
Other Income charts
While the Other Income add-on is activated, charts will appear on both the dashboard and report pages.
If you would like to hide the chart, it can be disabled by ticking the checkbox next to WP Admin -> Invoice Rocket -> Presentation -> Remove the income dashboard chart.
Other Income widgets
While the Other Income add-on is activated, a widget will appear on both the dashboard and report pages. The widget shows the most recent income items collected.
