How do I track my time on a task?
Click on the title of the task you want to add time to, then click Edit Task.
In the Log Time field, enter how much time you’ve spent on that task, then click the Update Task button.
The task will show how much time has been spent on it. If you do more work on the task any time later, simply log your time again (how much time you’ve just spent on the task) and the time will be added to any previous time you had already logged on this task.
Tip: The Time Spent shown on a task is the total time spent on the task so far. You can keep logging time on the task any time and the Time Spent value will reflect it.
Pro tip: As of Task Rocket 4.8 you can remove time by entering a negative value.
