Our Responsibilities

Rocket Apps was responsible for designing and engineering tailored technical solutions to improve operational efficiency, automate customer communications, and modernise the overall booking experience.

This included:

Leveraging the Gravity Forms API to develop a custom-built booking system tailored to the client’s operational requirements.
Engineering a suite of custom WordPress plugins to support:
- Automated SMS notifications and reminder emails for customers.
- A client-facing administration portal for managing customer pickups and communications.
- Customer account functionality for managing vehicles, bookings, cancellations, and account details.
- A real-time shuttle tracking interface for customers.
An advanced administration interface enabling the client to manage booking form content, booking conditions, SMS response templates, conditional booking logic, and other operational settings.
