Rocket Apps was responsible for designing and engineering appropriate technical solutions.

This culminated in:

Leveraging the Gravity Forms API to create a fit-for-purpose booking system.
Engineering several custom WordPress plugins to handle:
- Automated customer SMS notifications and reminder emails.
- Client facing administrative interface for managing customer pickups & communications.
- Customer accounts for managing vehicles, bookings, cancellations and account details.
- Customer facing real-time location tracker of transport shuttles.
An administration interface for the client to manage specific aspects of the booking form, booking conditions, SMS response templates, conditional booking logic and more.
