Power Admin for Gravity Forms

What does this plugin do?

Power Admin for Gravity Forms makes your Gravity Forms dashboard way more useful. It adds two new columns for Notifications and Confirmation so you can see who’s getting emails and what confirmations are set up, all without having to tediously drill down one page at a time in the usual manner.

Features:

Notifications Column
Shows all the email recipients for each form, be it specific email addresses, dynamic merge tags or the email field.

Confirmation Column
Shows your confirmation setting (Text, Page or Redirect) and displays a query string if in use.

Missing Text Warning
Displays a warning icon if a text confirmation is enabled but no message has been entered.

Additional Screen Options
Hide / show Form ID, Entries, Views or Conversions columns, and make the layout full width (recommended).

Quick Access
A single click to go directly to the relevant setting to make edits.

For Gravity Forms power users, life is much easier when you can instantly see all your notifications and confirmations in one place, then click to edit them.

Where are the settings?

This plugin doesn’t include a traditional settings page. Instead, you can control how the Gravity Forms main page is displayed by clicking the Screen Options menu.

What do the icons represent?

The icons provide a quick indication of how the ‘Sent to’ field has been set up.

Notifications Column

Email address
An email address has been manually entered.

Dynamic
A merge tag or the form ’email’ field is being used.

Routing
Routing logic is being used.

Alert
The confirmation type is set to ‘text’ but no text has been specified.

Confirmation Column

Page
Confirmation type is set to ‘Page’.

Text
Confirmation type is set to ‘Text’.

Redirect
Confirmation type is set to ‘Redirect’.
