How do I get support?

Support is offered to users who have purchased any product through the Rocket Apps store.

To request support, login to the Support page and select the product you need help with, then fill in as much information as you can (the more the better).

Your login credentials

There are a couple of ways to login.

Existing account
If you ticked the ‘Create an account?’ checkbox at the checkout, your account access details will have been emailed to you. If you need to, reset your password.


New account
If you do not have an account, you can create one. Note: It’s important to use the same email address that you used when purchasing your product(s), so that the system knows which product(s) and support information to link to your account.

Why do you have to login to get support?

Logging in with a Rocket Apps account will allow you to request support for products that you have legitimately purchased through the Rocket Apps store. This is essentially proof of purchase, which satisfies support entitlement.
