How do I get support?

Support is offered to users who have purchased any product through the Rocket Apps store.

To request support, login to the support page and select the product you need help with, then fill in as much information as you can (the more the better).

There are a couple of ways to login.

Existing account
Your account access details will have been emailed to you. If you need to, you can reset your password.

or

New account
If you don’t have an account, you can create one. Be sure to use the same email address you used when purchasing your product(s) so we can automatically link your purchases and support entitlements to your account.

Why do you have to login to get support?

Logging in with your Rocket Apps account allows you to request support for products you’ve legitimately purchased through the Rocket Apps store. Your account serves as proof of purchase and confirms your eligibility for support.
